Value and positioning workshop

What we do
The aim of this workshop is to strengthen your company/organisation in the eyes of your co-workers, your customers and other stakeholders. First we focus on your values, your culture and how these influence your operations. Next, we look into how people externally experience your company/organisation based on everything you do, clarifying your current position on the market. Finally, we discuss and agree which position you would like to have and give you tools to help you move in the desired direction.  
Why is this important?
A clear understanding of your company values and culture, will guide your co-workers to act and behave in the right way for your business. This will give them confidence to work independently, reducing micro-management and increasing speed in operations.
Solid internal values, are also the foundation for the development of a clear and strong brand identity in the eyes of people on the market.

Target group:

This training can be relevant for all co-workers.
Key functions: Management, Marketing, Communication, Sales and HR people.

Time needed:

Introduction to workshop and homework preparation - 1 hour online
Two days face-to-face workshop (or online)

Groups size and price indication:

10-50 persons
Price indication for a group of minimum 30 persons, 2 days workshop: EUR 700/person excl. VAT

Introduction to company/organisation values and culture.
Clarify and agree on your own values by looking into how they are/are not manifested in your business.
Introduction to positioning.
Clarifying your current position on the market based on homework (facts)
Agree on your desired position and look into how to get there.
